Côtes-du-Rhône Red

Syrah – Grenache – Mourvèdre
Terroir of rounded pebbles and limestone.
Total destemming of grapes followed by long maceration. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats with regular pumping over and rack-and-return. Two months in french oak.

Full bodied wine with notes of vanilla.
To pair with a duck Gravlax and green papaye salad.

Côtes du Rhône White

Viognier – Grenache Blanc
Terraces of rounded pebbles on sand, marl and limestones.
Night harvest to preserve freshness and direct presse. Low temperature fermentation. Fine lees stirring.

White and exotic fruits nose (mango, pineapple).
Crisp red mullets rougets and mayonnaise with wasabi.

Châteauneuf du Pape

Grenache – Syrah
Parcel selection selection on terroirs of rounded pebbles and clay-chalk slopes.
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats with regular pumping over and rack-and-return. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, submerging of the marc cap and regular tastings for a gentle extraction.  Ageing : 9 to 10 months in 300L casks made of French oak (Radoux) with medium to medium plus heating.

Generous wine on fresh notes of red fruits, flower and coffee.
To pair with calf sweetbread and crisp vegetables.

Châteauneuf du Pape – Red

60% Syrah – 30% Grenache – 10% Mourvèdre
High alluvial terraces, red soil with large siliceous rollers.
Harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and crushed. Pumping-over and release. Controlled fermentation at 25°C. Long maceration (4 to 5 weeks).

Delicate aromas of red fruit, truffle, tobacco and cade.
Complexity and character, perfect to match with a seven hour cooked lamb.

Old alluvium. Limestone and clay soil.

Intense nose of undergrowth, violet, clove and tobacco. Fleshy in mouth, a spicy and harmonious length.
Perfect to pair with an olives and lamb Tajine.

Costières de Nîmes – Red

On the both side of the Via Domitia, The Romans which were artists and builders have made technical feat in creating huge monuments. This wine pays tribute to the millennial vestiges built during the reign of the romans emperors “Augustus” in the 1st century A. D. Architectural masterpieces built around the exceptional terroir of pebbles in Costières de Nîmes.

Colnem is a subtle blend of Grenache and Syrah, emblematic varietals of Rhone Valley. An expressive wine with nose of spices and aromas of grape berries and thyme.

La Combe is an enclosed, narrow and deep valley, typical landscape of the Rhône Valley.

This “Les Combelles”  range is a tribute to the quality and diversity of wines coming from this “BEAUTIFUL VALLEY” (Combe & Belle in French)  the Rhône Valley.

Châteauneuf du Pape – Red

60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre
High alluvial terraces, red ground with large siliceous rollers.

Delicate aromas of red fruit, of undergrowth, with a powerful truffle final. Rich, full bodied in mouth with a good length.
To pair with a beff bull stew (Gardiane).

Tavel – Rosé

89 points Jeb Dunnuck.
60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 15% Syrah
Sandy soil, clay and rolled pebbles, alluvial deposits.
Cold maceration 12 to 24 hours. Press and blending of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation from 8 to 10 days between 18 and 20°.

Aromas of red fruit, grilled almonds. Round and powerful mouth, ending upon a spicy overtone.
Be dare to match it with asian cuisine and home made Aïoli with fresh fish.

Terroir of Clay and limestone hill-sides.

Rich and easy to drink. Aromatic bouquet with dominant aromas of little red fruit. To taste with Lamb cutlet with thyme.

50% Grenache Blanc – 20% Marsanne – 20% Roussanne – 10% Viognier
Clay and limestone hill sides.

Very fresh and open nose with notes of citrus, laurel and scrub overtones.
Its freshness will be very pleasant with grey and pink shrimps or grilled fish.

Rounded rocks on terraces.

Rich nose with concentrated aromas of black fruit.
To match with grilled or stewed meat.
